An IDEE Employee Excellence Award will be presented once a semester to one student employee that has excelled in his or her work at IDEE. This student has gone above and beyond what was expected of them in their projects, they maintain a positive attitude, hold a good attendance record, and stay focused while at work.

Selection

IDEE Employee Excellence Award winners will be selected 2 weeks before Finals (December, May, July). The award will be presented at the end of semester party. Student employees and staff involved with IDEE can make nominations throughout the semester. The winner will be chosen based on the recommendations received. Student employees may win the award more than once, and if no one has earned it, no award will be given out.

Rewards

Award winners will receive:

• An announcement on the IDEE website homepage and awards page
• An announcement to the student’s academic department
• A certificate detailing their achievement and picture on the Wall of Fame
• An announcement before their peers at the end of the semester
• Certification of a program
